Excellent service and mainly fast so as not to have delays in your boarding.

Terrible service, if you ask for your drink to be without ice they charge you extra!! They won't replace your drink if they make a mistake! And although I ordered the drink without ice and paid the extra, they prepared my drink with the glass full of ice! Terrible service!

Good service but they marked the frappe I ordered differently so they charged a little more for the ingredients that are supposed to be included in the strawberry chocolate chip

Very sad that the staff of such a prestigious coffee chain give such poor service because it is a robbery that I ordered a large coffee and they gave it to me for half a glass when the cost is almost 100 pesos...and for them to serve it to me I complained about half of it, of course... and the person who helped me told me that this is their measurement and that this is what Starbucks coffees are like... terrible behavior and terrible attitude.
